We are a homewares, giftwares and fashion boutique where many elements combine to shape you and your home. 

Our original shop opened its doors in Gunnedah NSW in 2006 and our Qurindi store opened its doors four years ago.

We hope that Goodness & Gracious online store, as with our stores in Gunnedah and Qurindi, will provide you with a warm and unforgettable shopping experience.

We are committed to bring you the highest quality service and latest styles from some of Australia's leading fashion lables and suppliers, our collection both instore and online remains fresh and ever changing.

Orders & Returns 

Returns Policy...

At Goodness & Gracious we want you to be confident when purchasing our products online:

If you feel the item you receive is not right, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note or a full refund. We do not refund on jewellery. 

For a full refund, please contact sales@goodnessandgracious.com.au and return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds apply on full priced items. Excludes sale items. We do not refund freight for incorrect choice, only  if the product is faulty. 

For any exchanges or credit notes, you must contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving it. 

Any returned items must be in perfect condition, with no damage made to the item or packaging. Goodness & Gracious has the right to refuse exchange, credit or refund if item is not in exact condition. All tags must still be attached.

When returning item we recommend express post and emailing sales@goodnessandgracious.com.au tracking number. This way postage is traceable and will ensure a safe delivery. If we fail to recieve the item this will be at the fault of the customer. You will not be entitled to an exchange, credit note or refund. Goodness & Gracious will not take any responsibility for missing returns.

Refunds and credit notes will only be made once we receive the item.
